Description

19th Century Jeune Mere by August Moreau. A fabulous piece from the renowned Moreau. The statue is of a young girl with a nest of baby birds in her arms. The piece is beautifully crafted and highly attractive with some wonderful patina. To the base is a title plate, and the piece is signed. The piece is in good condition with only age related signs of wear.
