Free standing late Victorian buffet

A free standing late Victorian buffet. This robust, useful three tier stand is constructed from the finest quality red walnut. It stands on bold, rounded feet with stylised, turned columns supporting the middle shelf and fluted columns supporting the top. The middle shelf is augmented by a carved frieze depicting a galleon to the centre, the upper tier with carved, moulded border. In very good original , unrestored condition, this buffet would make an excellent TV stand or entertainment centre.
