A superb burr oak estate cabinet with a sleeved drawer, over a pair of arched panelled cupboard doors, flanked by pilasters mounted with acanthus scroll decoration. The interior is fitted with fifteen fitted drawers and casters to the base..
Dating to the 19th century, this is made of burr oak and originating from a Herefordshire estate within the UK.
In good age related condition, this has a semicircular repair to the veneer on the right side, towards the back, which blends unobtrusively into the burr. There are two marks on the top, approximately 12 cm by 4 cm each, which appear to be shadow marks from something standing on the top at some point, but again, these are relatively unobtrusive given the grain and colour of the piece.
A key is available.
