A fabulous French farmhouse table in oak, dating to the early 19th century, this has a beautiful colour and patina and will look great in a large country kitchen.
– Breadboard ends.
– Four plank top, with attractive square tenon ends visible along the long edges where the joints fix the top to the base.
– Lovely shaped cabriole legs.
– Single long, sectioned drawer at one end.
This will make a wonderful kitchen work surface, but provides an attractive option as a dining or breakfast table.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. There is some old, inactive woodworm damage to the inside edges of two of the legs, which has been waxed smooth and is consistent with the age and character of the piece.
