Edwardian William Comyns Silver Large Dressing Table Box. This stunning box has been cast as a serpentine table on scroll legs. The lid has been skillfully chased and pierced with a superb image of a bride and groom leaving a church with four bells flanking the scene. The border of the box is also highly decorated. The lid is hinged with a part gilded interior. This is an exquisite example of Comyns work.Hallmarked for London 1903. Weight 267 grams.
