Victorian Oak Hallstand Circa 1870

A very large and very impressive hallstand. Platform base with original heavy metal drip trays. Turned columns to the front. Pair of central drawers with stylish brass handles supported by shaped brackets with carved circular stylised sunflowers. Stick stand to either side. Carved floral panels to back. Combination of central mirror and bold brass coat hooks to back surmounted by a row of decorative columns and flared cornice. Excellent quality, good ‘as found’ condition, with 2 hooks missing.
