Description

Large Georgian Newhall Teapot and Stand. An unusually large teapot from the Staffordshire manufacturers Newhall (1781-1835). Nicely decorated with an entwined floral design and gilding this is a very attractive piece. A rare feature is the piece still has its original stand with identical decoration. Hard paste porcelain with pattern number 478. Other pieces in this pattern are available. The piece has a heat crack to the base otherwise the piece is in good condition with only age related signs of wear. Georgian, Porcelain, British.
