An absolutely stunning Edwardian silver potpourri box. The pierced lid is in the form of a trefoil with exquisite trellis work. The main body is chased with flowers, foliage and scrolls with the lid opening up to reveal a gilt interior. Hallmarks for London 1902 can be seen on both the base and the lid with a maker’s mark of Samuel Jacob. The piece is in excellent condition at an extremely reasonable price. A great piece of silver! Weight – 337 g / 10.86 oz
