A well proportioned chest on chest of drawers for a smaller room, this is relatively narrow, but still provides a good level of storage space with four graduated drawers to the top and a further three below. At the centre, there is a pull-out shelf which can either be used for dressing purposes, or will make an ideal lap top desk surface for a study bedroom. The piece has attractive fretwork style carvings on the canted corners and is finished with brass handles.
Dating to circa 1920, this is made of mahogany and originates from England.
In good age related condition this has been recently refinished and is ready for the home. The key is available which works in all of the locks.
