PRICES
Prices are set out on our website and where applicable an item is marked as plus VAT. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time.
From time to time it may be necessary to either increase or decrease our prices, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Customers in the EU must pay VAT (if applicable) unless a valid EC VAT number is provided, with evidence of removal from the UK within three months from the date of the invoice. No VAT will normally be charged on goods shipped directly to countries outside the EU on the provision that the Supplier receives the necessary export documentation from the Customer within three months from the date of the invoice. If the necessary documentation is not received, VAT will be invoiced to the Customer and will be immediately payable by the Customer.
PAYMENT
Payment should be made in pounds sterling only.
Preferred payment is online using our payment portal. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer your invoice will include all relevant bank information.
We also accept MasterCard and Visa. We reserve the right to refuse payment by credit card.
DELIVERY
Your quoted price does not include delivery or shipping.
You are welcome to make arrangements for collection of your item from our premises directly on a date to be agreed between us. Please note that we bear no responsibility for orders damaged in transit once they have left our premises.
We are happy to provide quotations for UK carriage upon confirmation of the delivery address.
We are also happy to provide an export packing and shipping service including insurance from our preferred shipper – please ask for a quotation. Alternatively, you are welcome to handle your own shipping, which means responsibility for collecting your order from our premises, export packaging, arranging customs documentation and organizing the freight.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
Items uncollected within 6 months without prior arranged storage or a future delivery/collection date, will be resold and no monies refunded to the buyer.
PURCHASE OF ITEMS ONLINE
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur due to the calibration and settings of individual screens.
All measurements quoted are accurate to the nearest centimeter. Please contact us if you need a more precise measurement.
You are responsible for taking note of the sizes of items supplied on our website. We will not accept the return of items that do not fit through doorways or are incorrectly specified for their intended position.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
By looking after your item in accordance with our care instructions it should give you many years of use.
We warrant that our items comply with their general description and the narrative on our quotations and invoices. To our knowledge, your order will be free from material defect at the time of delivery.
Our warranty does not apply to:
Any defect in the product arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
Failure to use the item for its intended purpose, or if you use it other than in accordance with any care instructions that we provide.
Any alteration, repair, or modification carried out by you or by a third party; or any specification provided by you.
CANCELLATION

You are entitled to cancel your purchase if you wish to provide you act within seven working days of placing your order with us.
If you’d like to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please contact us. If your order has already been dispatched, or you place your order more than seven days ago, please follow our returns information.
RETURNS
Antique pieces
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us within 14days (with the original packaging if applicable). Providing that the item is returned to us in its original condition, we will exchange, replace, refund, or credit the cost against a future purchase.
Return costs must be borne by the customer – any cost of delivery paid directly to us cannot be refunded.
Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 14days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will exchange or replace the item(s) or credit the amount against a future purchase, along with any standard delivery charges.
This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
