A beautiful French planked oak farmhouse table from the early part of the 19th century, this is a great length and will seat eight, conjuring up pictures of a family meal in a sunny French garden with all the family enjoying a good meal. With a simple frame and square section tapered legs, the planked top highlights the joints and has an exceptional patina and depth of colour, making it a lovely table for a large country kitchen.
Dating to circa 1820, this is made of oak and originates from France.
In good age related condition, this is a sturdy piece.
