A handsome early 20th century mahogany pedestal desk, this will look great in an office with a traditional interior. It has a panelled back, meaning that it can be freestanding in a room without the need to hide the back against a wall.
– Separates into two pedestals with a removal top, making it easier to move.
– 3 graduated size drawers in each pedestal, with 3 more in the top section.
– Decorative brass drawer furniture.
– Beautifully carved flower festoons at both sides of each pedestal.
– Cockbeaded drawer fronts.
– Bracket feet with canted corners, with an almost oriental or Art Deco flavour to the shape.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. No key is available, although the locks are in place.
