A beautiful glazed rosewood 4 door cabinet, this early 19th century piece can be used for display or as a bookcase. It will look wonderful in a library or Regency style drawing room.
– Single door side cupboards, with 2 doors at the centre.
– 2 removable shelves in each cupboard.
– Large brass lion’s paw or ball and claw feet.
– Brass diamond latticework overlaying the glass.
– Inlaid brass stringing throughout, including the shelf front edges.
– Decorative brass motifs at the top of the pilaster style uprights.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. There is some minor scuffing at the base of the central doors, where they open, as is often present with use. The key is available.
