The stamp is very tactile and has a lovely patina to it. The years of being handled and used can be felt as one holds the piece. The stamp text spells out EASTPOOL in capital letters. Eastpool is an area of Cornwall particularly well kown for its National Trust mine. This is a rare and possibly unique butterstamp and a must for any collector. This would also be an ideal piece of kitchenalia fro any Cornish resident.
