A pleasing 18th century George II walnut chest of drawers, this has a lovely aged patina and colour. It will look wonderful in a Georgian home, providing practical storage nearly 300 years after it was first made.
– 2 over 3 graduated size drawers.
– Feathered crossbanding to the drawer fronts and as an interior border on the top.
– Quartered top with angled corners and crossbanded borders.
– Bracket feet.
In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use. There are signs of historical woodworm. All but one of the locks are absent.
