Description

A good oil on Canvas by Joseph Henderson (1832-1908), an exhibited Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour artist. A beach can be seen in the foreground with waves lapping against it. In the background can be found several sailing boats. The brooding skies bring a sense of impeding doom.

– Nicely framed with gilt interior.
– Muted earth colours.
– Henderson renowned for his Scottish coastal scenes.

The piece is in good condition with only age related signs of wear.
