Description

Rare Irish Silver Potato Ring. The piece has some truly wonderful evocative scenes on it dedicated to the countryside and farming. Farmers, Shepherds, cattle, a dog and buildings can all be found superbly realised around the piece with a clean central cartouche to the centre. This is the finest example we have seen.

Hallmarked for Dublin 1908, Sharman D Neill. Retailed in the Sharman Belfast store, Donegal Place.

In good condition showing wear consistent with age and use.
