A handsome looking Victorian rustic workbench in elm, this piece will look great in a country farmhouse kitchen to provide bench space along a wall, or for use as a baker’s table. It will also function well in a workshop where it might be used for its original purpose.
– Wood screw clamps at both ends, one with the original push through turning stick.
– Dismantles for easy transport.
– Regularly spaced square peg holes along front edge.
– Rustic construction.
– Side stretchers peg into the legs in the manner of a refectory table.
In good rustic condition showing wear consistent with age and use. There are extensive signs of historical woodworm, which is not active and lends character to the piece.
