Royal Doulton Flambe Elephant and Young. This fine piece of Royal Doulton is by Eric Griffiths. The mother elephant can be seen caressing her calf, touching each others trunks in a tender manner. This lovely piece has been glazed in Doultons famous flambe glaze. The model number is 3548. An emotional piece. The Royal Doulton stamp can be found to the base. The piece is in good condition with only age related signs of wear. 1990, Ceramic, British.
